The Volvo XC90 is set for an update, but it seems as if the current model might live on in China.
According to website CarNewsChina, production of the current XC90 might be moved to China once the next-generation model is released. It will be produced at Geely’s Daqing factory, and be sold in China as a cheaper alternative to the new XC90.
Apparently, the vehicle will only be available with a 2,5-litre five-cylinder petrol mill.
The new XC90 will be launched globally later this year.
