Ford has revealed the final production version of the Kuga Vignale – the luxurious version of the Kuga which debuted at the Geneva Motor Show, in March.
The interior features quilted Windsor leather upholstery with contrast stitching and a hexagonal theme inside and out (the front grille has a unique hexagonal mesh).
The exterior colour is a pearlescent Milano Grigio with a dark gloss finishes for the front and rear skid plates, door appliques and boot trim.
The Kuga Vignale comes with four options of powertrain: 110kW 1.5-litre EcoBoost with six-speed manual transmission, 134kW 1.5-litre EcoBoost with six-speed automatic transmission and AWD, 132kW 2.0-litre TDCi with six-speed manual transmission and finally 132kW 2.0-litre TDCi with six-speed manual transmission or six-speed Powershift automatic transmission, both with standard AWD.
Ford has launched a dedicated website for Vignale, where customers can explore all the options and customise a car.
The Vignale and larger Ford Edge Vignale will go on sale in Europe later this year, but there’s no word yet if, or when, it will come to South Africa.
