Audi has freshened up its Q5. What changes have been made? Not a lot, though the front has been restyled slightly. The bumper, grille and headlights have been changed. The rear has remained virtually unchanged, but the rear lights and bumper have been tweaked a little.
The interior has also stayed more or less the same. Most noticeably, however, the steering wheel has received a makeover.
A supercharged three-litre TFSI powerplant pushing out around 200 kW of power has also been added to the line-up.
The Q5 sells very well in South Africa. In fact, potential buyers will find that there’s often still a waiting list for the vehicle, despite its age. This minor update should keep Q5 sales chugging along nicely.
