What you need
- Half a packet of chocolate digestive biscuits
- One can of condensed milk
- 500ml low-fat choc chip yoghurt
- Butter or margarine
What to do
- Crush biscuits and mix in with melted butter/margarine
- Layer bottom and sides of microwave-safe dish with mix to create crust
- Mix joghurt and condensed milk well
- Pour over crust
- Place in microwave. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, 30 seconds
- Take out and allow to cool
- Finish off by crumbling one final digestive biscuit on top
- Place in fridge and leave overnight
