Pap en wors à la LA Sport

What you need
1kg boerewors
1 tsp crushed garlic
20ml cooking oil
2 chopped onions
1 tin crushed tomatoes
5ml brown sugar
5ml thyme
350ml sour cream
What you do
Braai the wors until it’s almost done (or you can use leftover wors from a previous braai). Fry garlic and onions in the oil, then add the tomato, thyme and sugar and stir. Simmer for approximately 10min. Add sour cream and simmer slowly for another 10min. Serve with stywe pap.

What you need
400ml mealie meal
600ml water
Salt to taste
What you do
Boil water and add 5ml salt, add mealie meal slowly while continuously stirring until well mixed. Put the lid on and cook over low heat (or the side of the fire) for 45min.
