In India, the Renault Duster has received a more rugged special edition known as the Duster Adventure.
The compact SUV is almost identical to the pre-facelifted version and features black plastic cladding all around, a front skid plate, a revised front bumper with an extra pair of fog lamps, and gloss-black grille.
The Adventure comes with an exclusive coat of paint, known as Outback Bronze, orange trim on the skid plate and roof rails, gun metal alloy wheels and some decals found on the D-pillar. Inside, the special edition model’s seats are covered with denim blue fabric upholstery. There are also some orange highlights on the air vent surrounds, speedometer and seats.
The Renault Duster Adventure Edition is only available with the 62kW and 80kW diesel engines, mated to a -speed manual and 6-speed manual gearbox, respectively. The 80kW variant is comes with an AWD system.
We recently took the new Renault Duster to do some serious sand driving in the dunes of Namibia and were suitably impressed.
