There are many impressive car dealerships around the world, many of them in Dubai but this new supercar and luxury car vending machine in Singapore takes the cake. Autobahn Motors’ 15-floor, 60-slot showroom just opened its doors and has been described as the “world’s largest luxury car vending machine.” It’s actually the new home of local dealer, who sells luxury, sports, exotic, and supercars.
Remember Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones dangling off the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, in the 1999 movie Entrapment? We can see this Singaporean car dealership featuring in the next Bond movie or Mission Impossible, or both.
The innovative building uses a system dubbed the ‘Automotive Inventory Management System,’ which allows customers on the ground floor to select a car via a touchscreen display and then a vending machine-like system delivers the vehicle to them within in one to two minutes.
“We needed to meet our requirement of storing a lot of cars. At the same time, we wanted to be creative and innovative,” Gary Hong, general manager at Autobahn Motors, told Reuters.
There are a selection of cars for sale that include Porsches, BMWs, Lamborghinis, Ferraris, and Bentleys. Interestingly, there’s even 1977 Ferrari Dino, as well as a brand new Land Rover Discovery 90. Imagine selected your new Land Rover like this…
