2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift

GM has updated the Trailblazer and the 2017 facelift should be available in South Africa towards the end of 2016.

The update puts the Trailblazer on more of an equal footing with the Ford Enverest and the Toyota Fortuner, although it’s two closest rivals are a generation ahead of it.

Most of the exterior changes made by the American automaker are to the front fascia and the cabin, while the back remains pretty much the same. The front profile now features a butch look compared to the previous one, and is in line with Chevy’s global design language. The front features a more aggressive-looking grille, sleeker headlights with LED daytime running lights and modified front fenders. The side profile remains the same except for the new set of eighteen-inch alloys.

Inside, the 2017 Trailblazer has a new dashboard and the new version of Chevrolet’s MyLink infotainment system, with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

From what we’ve heard so far there be no changes to the engine.
