Range Rover have launched a special edition Evoque to mark six years of producing these cars in Halewood, UK, with 600 000 units having rolled off the assembly line.
The new version of the luxury compact SUV has been dubbed the Range Rover Evoque Landmark and is priced at £39 000 (R685 700) in Td4 specification.
Available in either Moraine Blue, Yulong White, or Corris Grey, order books will open when it makes its global debut at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, on 10 May.
The Landmark rides on 19-inch alloy wheels and gets dark grey trim on the grille, bonnet, fender vents and panoramic roof.
The dark grey accents continue inside with the brushed satin center console and the Ebony leather seats that come with contrasting stitching.
Technical features include the 10-inch InControl Touch Pro system, with a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot and various apps including the Remote Premium app for smartphone or smart watch that allows users to check the vehicle’s location, lock status, fuel level and allows them to access the climate control.
Optional Touch Pro Services include real-time traffic mapping, satellite and street views, as well as an internet connection for news and weather information.
