We’re not really going to give you twenty-one reasons but couldn’t resist using twenty-one in reference to blackjack, or more specifically the Opel Adam Black Jack.
Other little cars rolling around with some panache include the Fiat 500 and the retro Mini and General Motors didn’t want the Adam forgotten – so they brought out the special edition Opel Adam Black Jack (for European customers). We can see one pulling up to a casino in Monaco and… not quite looking the part.
With the bonnet, roof, and wing mirrors in black and the bottom half of the car in a sunny, egg-yolk yellow, Opel VP Peter Küspert explains, “The Black Jack edition gives the already bold Adam face an almost teasing grin. In this outfit, it is exactly the right city car for a stylish and absolutely individual look”
Customers can configure their Adam Black Jack in any one of the car’s variants including the Adam S, Adam Rocks and Adam Rock S.
The Adam has been on sale since 2013 and Opel announced a new generation Adam will be coming in 2019. However, this announcement was made before before GM’s decision to sell the brand together with its British counterpart Vauxhall to PSA, so the decision to bring out a new Adam in two years time may change.
