USA based East Coast Defenders has built some fantastic one-off models over the years and now it has completed its first all-electric Defender.

Their products normally use V8 crate engines, but this time they settled for the electric powertrain from a Tesla.
The electric motor powers the Defender’s big body to 100km/h in 5.5 seconds and it has a claimed range of 350km. It also has 100 kilowatt-hour charging capacity, which means it can be fully charged in five hours.
On the inside is has diamond-stitched leather seats and an updated infotainment system.
But since ECD’s business is custom cars, you can pretty much have whatever you want on the inside.
