The 2018 seven-seater Infiniti QX80 SUV will incorporate design cues from the Monograph concept that debuted at the New York Auto Show.
But despite design changes, Infiniti will stick with the outgoing model’s chassis carried over from 2011. The 5.6-liter V8 also that produces 298kW and 559Nm of torque, mated to a seven-speed automatic gearbox will also remain.

In an interview with Motor Trend, Nissan Senior Vice President and President of Infiniti, Roland Krueger, said”[The QX80] is a very successful car, and very successful architecture fits right into the market. When you look at powertrain, capacity for seven seats, it fits right in.”
The 3 855 kilograms towing capacity will be the same and features like a self-leveling rear suspension and a multiline independent rear suspension will come standard, along with an optional body motion control system.
