Audi has stunned the crowd at the Beijing Motor Show by revealing a new TT Offroad Concept.
The TT Offroad’s styling is based on that of the recently revealed third generation TT coupe and roadster. It sits a bit higher off the ground, while the ground clearance has been increased by a good few inches.
Under the bonnet lies the latest version of Audi’s E-Tron plug-in-hybrid powertrain. It has a combined power output of over 300kW, which means the off-road TT can cover the 0-100km/h sprint in 5.2 seconds.
Let’s hope Audi is brave enough to put this into production, or that it’s at least a preview of the next-generation Q5 SUV.
