Audi has revealed the Prologue Allroad concept at the Shanghai Motor Show.
As its name suggests, the concept likely previews the next-generation A6 allroad.
The styling is rather conservative, but handsome nonetheless.
The interior is far more interesting, if only because Audi has removed most of the buttons and replaced them with touch-screen interfaces.
The concept model is a hybrid, but don’t let that put you off. The electric motor in this concept works with a bi-turbo V8 petrol engine, which means it has a total system output of 540kW and 900Nm of torque.
It can accelerate to 100km/h in 3,5 seconds, but will only consume a claimed 2,4 l/100km if driven carefully.
The production A6 allroad will likely only go on sale in 2018.
