Bentley recently broke the Pikes Peak record for SUVs, besting the 12 minutes and 35.6 seconds set in a Range Rover Sport in 2014.
With Rhys Millen behind the wheel of a Bentley Bentayga, the car managed to set a time of 10:49:9. The car maintained an average speed of 107km/h on the extremely twisty 19.8km course.
The car wasn’t standard, however. In order to compete, Bentley had to remove the rear seats, fit buckets in the front, fit the car with a roll cage and equip it with a fire suppression system.
