BMW M Festival to take place at Kyalami on 26/27 October

BMW South Africa will host its second M Festival at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in Johannesburg from 26 to 27 October.

BMW will be unveiling six M and M Performance models, including some SUVs.

At the 2019 BMW M Festival, visitors will get the opportunity to book test drives, hot laps with professional drivers, walk through one of the largest BMW pop-up showrooms with attractive finance offers to choose from, enjoy gourmet food trucks, stalls and drinks, live music by some of South Africa’s renowned DJs and artists, a children’s play area (M-kids area), shopping at the BMW Lifestyle merchandise shop and more.

In addition to the all-new M340i xDrive sedan, all-new 1 Series, 8 Series Gran Coupé and the unveiling of a restored 530 MLE, BMW will also debut the all-new X4M and X3M Competition models, as well as the all-new X6.

The X4 and X3 feature the most powerful six-cylinder petrol engines ever fitted to an M car. With 375kW and 600Nm on tap, this pair of brand-new SUVs should be a riot.

The third-generation X6 will also be in attendance. BMW says it “employs a clean, exclusive design language to underscore its confident and commanding appearance. And advanced powertrain and chassis technology teams up with a wealth of innovations to deliver a uniquely sporting yet also luxurious driving experience.”
