Hyundai has announced that it will be unveiling an all-new fuel-cell concept at the Geneva Motor Show, which will be taking place early in March 2014.
The concept will apparently be called the Intrado, and although Hyundai didn’t offer up any info regarding the vehicle, it seems pretty clear from the single sketch that the company released, that it will be a compact SUV. The Intrado will probably be around the same size as the NIssan Juke, or perhaps slightly larger, around the same size as the ix35.
“Hyundai Intrado envisages a motoring future that encapsulates the efficiency and freedom associated with flying. I believe in the power of mobility to deliver emotional as well as physical connections and this car helps us find again the joy of discovery. Intrado shows that future cas can be relevant and exciting,” said Peter Schreyer, President & CDO of Hyundai Motor Group, during the announcement.
The company also said that the vehicle will sport a “super-lightweight structure made from a mixture of advanced materials and joined using a revolutionary technique that has the potential to change the way cars are constructed in the future”.
It all sounds very intriguing. We’ll let you know as soon as Hyundai releases further information.
