Italy’s Carabinieri has an impressive fleet to of vehicles to keep up with speeding locals, including an Alfa Giulia QV and a Lotus Evora.
But they never had a car to use when chasing after miscreants on the beach.
The CEO of Fiat Chrysler, Sergio Marchionne, recently changed that after donating a modified Jeep Wrangler to the cause.
This particular Wrangler will roam the beaches of Romagna. It will keep a close eye on tourists and residents.
Apart from the police livery, the Wrangler also features a lift kit, 17-inch alloys and 32-inch all-terrain tyres.
