In case you haven’t hear about it yet, the SVR model will be equipped with a 5.0-litre supercharged V8, which makes enough power to push the F-Pace to 100km/h in less than five seconds.
The SVR isn’t the only change to the F-Pace line-up, however.
Jaguar is also using this opportunity to make some subtle revisions to the range, which includes Adaptive Cruise Control with Steering Assist, Lane Centering and Stop and Go.
The upgrades also include a 10-inch touch-screen display, which will be standard across the range. Other niceties include a frameless rearview mirror, metal pedals, carbon fibre door trim and some new chrome switches.
Lastly, a few models will get a larger 82 litre fuel tank.
It’s not yet clear when the SVR, or the updated models will arrive in South Africa.
