Just like the water dribbling out of the taps in Cape Town (due to the severe drought), Jeep has decided to release a slow trickle of images of the 2018 Jeep Wrangler to the public.
Jeep revealed three official images of the exterior of the much anticipated Wrangler earlier this month at SEMA and now we get a glimpse of the inside. We expect more images and information to be released at the Los Angeles Auto Show at the end of the month.
The interior certainly looks trendy and up-to-date and features an infotainment display with latest version of Fiat Chrysler’s Uconnect in the centre between the gauges.
The air vents and switches have been updated, while traditional Wrangler window buttons remain mounted in the centre. Instead of dials for the transfer case, Wrangler has kept it old-school with a two gear levers: one for the two-speed transfer case and one for the transmission.
The colour-coding on the dash will most likely match the exterior colour as seen here.
