To celebrate Canada Day FCA Canada built a Jeep Wrangler, as they did last year, entirely out of cans of non-perishable food in Vancouver.
The iconic Jeep was recreated in full scale out of 5 000 cans of non-perishable food with help from students, scouts, and Canstruction, a non-profit organization that specializes in this kind of display.
Displayed on the West Coast city’s waterfront to mark the country’s 149th birthday, the Wrangler sculpture will now be disassembled, its cans going to local food banks to make over 3 500 meals for those in need.
Nice idea.
