Lexus has released a single image of the Lexus UX concept car that will debut at the Paris Motor Show at the beginning of next month.
The SUV has been designed by Lexus’s European design centre, ED2, to showcase the design direction for the car maker’s future models.
The car does not have exterior mirrors, but rather has rear-facing cameras mounted on the front of the doors that are likely to display the rear view on screens inside the car. Lexus has said the car features “imaginative technologies for an immersive driver experience”, hinting at the fitment of an advanced infotainment system.
No technical information has been released, but given recent trends in the motor industry, it seems possible that the concept will be a hybrid or use some kind of electrified power.
More information will be revealed at the Paris motor show on 29 September.
