Mercedes-Benz recently gave its famous people carrier – the V-Class – a subtle facelift.
Up front the V-Class has new air inlets and a new grille. Customers can now also choose from four new exterior colours and some new 17- and 19-inch wheel designs.
On the inside there are new air vents, a few new upholstery options and some luxury trim options higher up in the range.
You can also specify reclining seats like you get in the S-Class. These recline and offer massages at the push of a button.
The V-Class is available with one four-cylinder engine with three power outputs. The V220d offers 380Nm, while the V250d offers 440Nm. The V300, which won’t be offered in South Africa, offers a nice 500Nm of torque.
All engines are mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission.
The facelifted V-Class will make its South African debut later in the year.
