Rumour has it; Nissan has chosen the New York Auto Show to showcase the third-generation Murano.
It’ll be more or less the same size as the outgoing model, but its styling is said to be inspired by the Resonance Concept shown at the Detroit Motor Show last year.
Not much else is known about the car at this point, but we’re willing to bet Nissan sticks with the 3,5-litre V6 petrol as used on both previous generations. The next-generation Murano might also be the first with a hybrid, or turbodiesel powertrain. With the price of petrol shooting through the roof, Nissan can’t afford not introducing a more frugal model to the line-up.
