This D-segment model that hasn’t been named yet will share its underpinnings with the Nissan X-Trail but will have a completely different body and interior.
Power will be delivered by a four-cyclinder turbo engine, either diesel or petrol and this will be paired with front- or all-wheel drive systems.
The dashboard seen here is very close in design to the one used on the new Talisman mid-size sedan with the same touchscreen infotainment system on an almost identical center console.
Renault’s new SUV is expected to come in both 5- and 7-seat versions and to come to market in 2017.
