The Toyota C-HR crossover has debuted at the Geneva International Motor Show and in an effort to make the C-HR stand out from the rest of the Toyota range, the styling of the new crossover is very much in line with the concept cars that attracted a fair amount of attention in Paris in 2014 and Frankfurt in 2015.
The C-HR will be equipped with a modern 1.2 litre four-cylinder turbocharged engine pushing out 85kW and a peak of 185Nm at 1500 rpm that can be maintained to 4000rpm.
There will be a choice of a 6-speed manual gearbox or an automatic CVT system.
The C-HR will be introduced into South Africa in the first quarter of 2017 with local specifications being confirmed closer to the launch date.
