Nissan Juke range expands yet again

Nissan has expanded their popular Juke range yet again by adding a 1.5 dCi Acenta+ to the range. This is the third addition in just a few months, with a CVT model and AWD model having been brought to the range recently.

The new diesel-powered crossover has a six-speed manual gearbox and a turbocharged common railengine producing 81kW and 260Nm of torque at a low 1500 r/min. It is said to return only 4.2 litres per 100km and has a Euro-5 compliant engine, so only 50ppm for this baby SUV. It also features start/stop technology, reportedly refined fuel injection nozzles, a closed-loop exhaust recycling system and Formula 1-inspired diamond-like carbon coatings on the tappets to reduce friction.

As with the rest of the Juke line-up, the 1.5 dCi Acenta+ has three driving modes (Normal, Eco and Sport) in order to suit driving style and fuel considerations.
