The first images of the Volvo Concept Estate have been leaked a few hours before it’s scheduled to make its debut at the Geneva Motor Show.
It’s the third and last concept in what has become known as Volvo’s design trilogy. In our opinion it’s by far the best looking of the three. The Concept Estate is a beautiful blend of classic Volvo design cues, mixed with a dash of contemporary flair.
It’s basically a mix between a coupe and a station wagon, otherwise known as a shooting brake. The overall design also looks like it’ll work well in harmony with a few subtle off-road upgrades. The wheels are already quite big and there’s a decent amount of standard ground clearance. Add a few anthracite bumpers and a slight suspension lift, and you could be looking at the next V70 Cross Country…
The interior tastefully done and features numerous technological luxuries. We particularly like the digital centre console, which we hope finds its way into future Volvo models.
