It seems Volvo will be offering high-performance variants of the XC60 and the all-new XC90.
It would make sense, as Volvo recently revealed a new 2,0-litre four-cylinder engine that develops 335kW.
This impressive engine is equipped with two parallel turbo chargers and an electric turbo compressor. When it goes into production, it will hold the record for most powerful 2,0-litre production engine.
These go-faster models will likely use the Polestar nomenclature and will feature a number of interior and exterior fittings to differentiate them from lesser models.
