Recipe: Choc Chip Yoghurt Tart

What you need

  • Half a packet of chocolate digestive biscuits
  • One can of condensed milk
  • 500ml low-fat choc chip yoghurt
  • Butter or margarine

What to do

  • Crush biscuits and mix in with melted butter/margarine
  • Layer bottom and sides of microwave-safe dish with mix to create crust
  • Mix joghurt and condensed milk well
  • Pour over crust
  • Place in microwave. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, 30 seconds
  • Take out and allow to cool
  • Finish off by crumbling one final digestive biscuit on top
  • Place in fridge and leave overnight
