What you need
- 500ml self-raising flour
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 6 ripe bananas that have been mashed
What to do
- Mix everything well
- Place in bread pan that has been smeared with butter
- Important – let it rest for 20 minutes before baking!
- Bake for 20 – 30 minutes in an oven that has been pre-heated to 180 Degrees Celsius
- Allow to cool once done
